スタンフォード白熱教室でのブレストのやり方、実習の授業を観てまとめ。

• 時間は１０〜４５分（エネルギーが切れる前に終える）
• ５〜１０分おきに、テーマ(視点)を代えてく
• ピザ二枚を囲める人数で行う
• 開発者以外にも、ユーザーなど別視点から意見を言える人を混ぜる
• 全員がペンを持ちホワイトボードに書き込んでく
• 立って動き回りながら行う（座るとテンションが落ちる、ある程度広いスペースが必要）
• マインドマップを使う
• 天井が低い場所は駄目（ないなら外で行うなど…、これは大脳生理学的に発想が狭まってしまう理由があるんだとかなんとか）
